Karina Petrovich

Founder, Director & Nature Wisdom Teacher

Karina holds the vision and heart of One Heart—guiding the community with intention, care, and a deep belief in a different way of educating.

Through her work as Psychologist and Nature Wisdom Teacher, she connects children to the Earth and their hearts through hands-on experiences, nurturing curiosity, confidence, emotional wellbeing and a sense of belonging.

Marta Falcão

KinD Hearts Head Teacher & Primary Years Coordinator

Marta leads the 8–9-year-old group, creating holistic and engaging learning experiences that nurture both the mind and the heart.

Through meaningful projects, creativity, and connection, she supports each child in building confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning—while fostering a strong sense of belonging within the group.

Meghan Murphy

Brave Hearts Head Teacher & Elementary Years Coordinator

Meghan leads the 10-12 years old group, guiding the children through deeper, more challenging learning experiences that support both their growth and independence.

Through meaningful projects, critical thinking, and collaboration, she nurtures confidence, responsibility, and a strong sense of self—while holding a supportive and connected group environment.
